7:00am Morning Fitness w Mercedes, MWF – Low impact strength training w/Cardio Conditioning, intermediate level – bring your mat

8:30am Balanced Living w Mercedes, MWF – No impact strength training w/ Mild Cardio Conditioning, first time fitness – find your strength and balance.

10:00am Morning Fitness w Anna Lisa, MWF – Low impact strength training w/Cardio Conditioning, intermediate level – bring your mat
