When I stop to think about what I have been through in life, what I’m going through now and what I will be going through in the future I say,” Wow -that’s a lot to think about! How will I get on to the next day with success?” My workout in the gym prepares me for my workout in life. No pain no gain.

For me, 5 points about working out and fitness that are crucial to long-term health and wellness are:

  1. Keep going- push against something heavy mentally, physically, and spiritually.
  2. Take it in sets and reps, that’s all it is.
  3. Push as much as you pull, stay balanced.
  4. Exercise should always be fun, if you are doing it right!
  5. Exercise in moderation, allow recovery in body, mind, and spirit.

I have spent my entire life in-and-around some kind of gym or sports club. I have furthered my career as a coach and trainer, by completing my master’s degree in education. Highschool PE, now I’m “Coach T”!
I make it a point to center my life with health and fitness, finding a healthy lifestyle makes me happy all the way around. Having a chance to put our training sessions online for everyone, is the ultimate “good job”!
